This is a group for anyone interested in training for running either to race or just for general fitness. The onus is on fun while still being consistent to gain greater fitness levels and fat burning. I am a track and field coach and keen runner myself, looking to help and inspire others and create a little running community and new friendships at the same time. Training in a group is so much easier, more fun and usually of better quality, so come on and join us-get involved.
I am currently training alone and plan to train outdoor if anybody shows interest in learning/practising this form of tai chi. I practised it for one year, so I am not a Tai Chi master ;) - but I can teach the fundamentals.
