Trained in India, I teach occasional, pop-up classes in the Akhanda yoga style. Akhanda means "whole" or "indivisible" and classes cover the entire spectrum of yoga techniques - not just yoga asana (postures) but also pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga philosophy, meditation and mantra. … Please note, this is a road cycling group, so the routes we follow and speed we go are intended for people with a road bike. If you are super-fast on a hybrid, you may be able to come on some of the rides, but you will be disadvantaged on the longer rides given the weight of a road bike versus hybrid.
