It all started as a way to combine getting a run in at my favorite micro-brew pub, and now I'd love to expand it further! We'll use this group as a way to do our Iron Springs Pub Runs, both winter and summer, but also to introduce more training runs, both trail and road, both on the streets of San Anselmo, Ross and Fairfax and the trails of Mt. Tam!

Most hikes will be between 12 to 15 miles with at least 2,000 feet of climbing. Most of our regular hikers like a 2.6 mph or faster pace (lead hikers are 3 mph+). We wait for the group at trail junctions and all are free to hike at their own pace. You should be able to hike at least 2.5mph to fit in with our group.
