This group will meet on Monday*Wednesday*Friday each week to FIRM THE BUTTOCKS, FLATTEN THE TUMMY, TIGHTEN THE THIGHS, AND TONE THE ARMS. We will also be doing GROCERY SHOPPING TOURS and MEAL PLANNING TIPS.

Welcome and aloha! Stand up as been around a while but is taking off like crazy here in greater Charlotte area.
