Hi, The Bike Shop hold group rides every Thursdays. All abilities can come out and ride their road bike. Helmet required. It will be a "no drop" ride. Please join us. We leave the shop at 6pm and ride 20-25 miles.
Our group meets at Fleet Feet Sports (2290 Delaware Ave. in North Buffalo) on Wednesdays at 6PM. Run in the fall/winter as a Snowy Buffalo. Run in the spring/summer as a Blazing Buffalo. We know it can sometimes be tough to get yourself motivated to get out on the roads. So Fleet Feet Sports is making it easy to get out with a large group of runners and have some fun too.
