My outdoor fitness class consists of multiple circuit stations which include: muscle strength and endurance, core, balance, unilateral strength, pilates, flexibility, basic plyometrics and yoga. Looking for a great group of people in South Austin to run with? Join us as we start the Circle C Running Club! We plan on starting off with some beginner to intermediate runs, in the 3-5 mile range (with a more advanced 8+ mile group coming soon), and walking at any point is definitely ok! We always meet and finish at the Koko FitClub at Slaughter Ln and Mopac right in front of the new Alamo Drafthouse. A water station is provided at the club. See you soon!
